Resumo:Numerous microsyringes and infusion pumps are used to apply medication to patients and in laboratories to carry out experiments. This work aims to observe the difference of the nominal value, comparing it with the value measured using a microsyringe and an infusion pump. A metrological calibration of a microsyringe and infusion pump in the range of 130 µL to 210 µL was performed. The procedure can be used for any calibration range, the ranger was chosen only to express the application of the study. Experiments were done using the gravimetric method ISO 4787 (2010) and the respective uncertainties, converting mass to micro volumes. The liquid used for calibration was double distilled.
